Your 2021 Candidates

Judge Kevin Brobson will offer a new voice and perspective to Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court. He will be a voice of reason, a defender of the law as it is written, and a champion of fair and impartial justice. 

 Chester County's own Megan Sullivan is a veteran litigator with twenty years of legal experience as both a criminal prosecutor and civil attorney. She will bring to the bench a breadth of knowledge that makes her well prepared to serve.

 Judge Drew Crompton was confirmed for Commonwealth Court by a 42-7 vote of the Senate, which included the support of every Republican member. He has been hailed as straightforward, thoughtful and objective jurist. 

 Over the past 16 years, Stacy has practiced in a variety of legal areas, both transactional and in litigation, and has had the privilege of clerking for the PA Superior Court. She is the current president of the McKean County Bar Association and has taught as an adjunct professor at Pitt-Bradford. 

The foundation of who Lou Mincarelli is starts with the values of hard work and dedication. Lou worked full time to put himself through law school at night, including as a Victim Advocate in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he became a crininal prosecutor after graduation before moving on to broaden his abilities in private practice. 

P.J. Redmond has worked in Chester County's Court of Common Pleas for more than three decades as a private practice attorney and member of the Public Defenders Office, and is respected for his superior ethics and personal commitment to ensuring fair outcomes for all - something he will continue as one of our our next Judges

 As our community's local Judge for the past 12 years, Matt has proven that his commitment to our community reaches far beyond the courtroom and ensuring fair and equal justice to all residents. 

 Regina is a proven management executive with a broad range of professional experience in financial decision-making, operations and more that she will bring to the Controller's office to better protect taxpayers.

  Carmela’s professional experience of managing highly regulated records- in combination with her law degree - make her well suited to serve as Chester County’s next Clerk of Courts.

 Jenna is the Managing Director of a successful tax practice, graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and 40+ year resident of  Chester County will the proven skills to serve as our next Treasurer.

  Frank Speidel, MD, FACEP is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.  He has been certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine for forty years.
